Graeme Sue See

Graeme has a broad range of industry experience that includes both private and public sectors in the areas of mining, traffic and transport engineering, design, construction, and consultancy project management.

Graeme established Trafflec in 2007, after a long career in government, and has grown the company to an industry leader based on technical ability, ethical behaviour and reliability.

James Trotman

Construction Manager

Dip Proj Mgt, Electrical Contractor Lic, ACMA Lic

James started his working career as an Australian Federal Police Officer and was the youngest officer to achieve the rank of Sergeant. James joined Trafflec in 2008 where he gained his electrical and project management qualifications.

James has been part of the company’s senior management team since 2016.

Project Manager: delivery of $11m of electrical and ITS infrastructure on the Gateway GUN/ GAS project
Project Manager; delivery of traffic signal, lighting and ITS infrastructure across centres in regional Qld with values up to $5m

Yasmin Blogg

HSEQ/HR Manager

MSc Risk Mgt, GradDip OHS, AssocDip OHS, Dip Proj Mgt

Yasmin has over 15 years’ experience in Health and Safety Management, Leadership, Change and Transformation, Business Improvement, Risk Management, Governance and Assurance, Environmental Management, Emergency and Security Management and Delivery Integrity gained across a range of industries
including: mining, oil and gas, civil, retail, health and human services and manufacturing.

Yasmin is a part of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the HSE & HR strategic visions, provides monitoring, coaching and implementation of the the day to day Safety, Environment, Quality & HR systems to ensure a safe working environment for all staff

Christopher Hynes

Project Manager

Dip Project Management

Project Manager with over 9 years’ experience in electrical construction projects working on numerous DTMR projects. Chris began his career as a civil labourer and have had experience across roles ranging from an Excavator Operator, Civil Foreman to his current role as a Project Manager. This range has provided me with valuable insight to all facets of construction.

Key Accountabilities

Procurement Management- Obtaining quotes, applying selection criteria, negotiating rates, drafting/issuing purchase orders and subcontracts.
Monitoring and controlling project constraints- Cost, Time, Scope, Quality and effecting corrective measures when required.
Analyse estimates to identify areas in which to reduce expense to ensure projects are delivered on budget.

Joshua Zarb

Project Coordinator

Electrical Contractor Lic, Dip Project Management

Joshua has been with Trafflec for 10 years holding various positions from Apprentice Electrician, Tradesman, Electrical Supervisor and is currently a Project Coordinator. Joshua is an expert in the Ergon and Exergex projects where he uses his skills to lead the teams in achieving, safe, on time and on budget projects.

Key Accountabilities

Expert understanding in DTMR, Ergon, Energex & BCC Specifications and standard drawings
Supervise electrical installations in DTMR & BCC networks. Supervise Traffic signal installations and Rate 3 Road lighting installations statewide
Extensive fault-finding knowledge of Traffic signals and road lighting installation
Safety and quality orientated individual and excellent eye for detail .

Glenn Parrott

Project Coordinator

Dip Project Management, Cert III Project Management, Energex Electricity Officer, Environmental Awareness, Plant Operator VOC’s

Glenn has been with Trafflec for 10 years holding various positions from Civil Operator, Leading Hand, Supervisor and is currently a Project Coordinator.

Oliver Sandford

Project Engineer

Bachelor Engineering Hon Civil

An engineer with experience in traffic signals, road lighting and ITS construction. Oliver’s career as a Contract Quality Representative at Trafflec and have since gained experience on multiple TMR projects across Queensland. Oliver has been promoted through different levels while working at Trafflec and is now in a Project Engineer position, working on a variety of projects in the Main Roads industry. The projects he have worked on have consistently excelled in terms of safety, cost, and quality.

Construction of a numerous signalised intersection of varying sizes.
Developed techniques for overcoming obstacles in installation of conduits, pits and footings in crowded service corridors.
Planned installation of over 1500 LEDs and SLCs in under 4 months to maximise efficiency.
Developed quality procedures to audit and track installations of signals, lighting and ITS.
Developed Inspection and Test Plans to work effectively in civil construction.
Developed procedures to track daily production against programmed works.
Developed procurement plans to prevent procurement delays and ensure materials are tested to DTMR specifications.

Donny Starling

Civil Supervisor

Cert Surface Extraction

A Supervisor with experience in roads, traffic signals, road lighting and ITS construction. Donny’s career as a Supervisor on multiple TMR projects across Queensland, gives him to skills and knowledge to deliver safe, quality, on time and in budget projects.

Donny has constructed over 60 sets of traffic signals, and completed lighting infrastructure works to RMS, DTMR and GCCC specifications
